The Grand Ole Opry

I really can't put into words what my appearance on the Grand Ole Opry meant to me. It was the ultimate thrill for me as a performer and a lover of country music. To be on the same stage as my hero Loretta Lynn, my friend Steve Wariner, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Brad Paisley,was just incredible. Everyone was so nice. If my feet hadn't have hurt so bad I would never have felt anything. It really was an honor. My family was there and got to enjoy the excitement, too. I don't think we will ever forget it. This will go down in my history book as the greatest moment in my professional life. I am truly blessed.

I wish you all could have been there.
